Hey there! I'm Starr, and this is my soul dog Archie, aka Arch - my world, my love, my laughter, and often my therapist. Welcome to our store.

Surrounded by beautiful, meaningful things, I find inspiration. As a young single mom, I couldn't splurge on expensive decor, so thrift stores became my go-to. With just a few dollars, I transformed my house into a home, one gem at a time. But then I discovered antique stores and consignment shops, where I unearthed rare, one-of-a-kind items that filled my walls from top to bottom. Hours turned into a hobby, an obsession.

Throughout my career as a storyteller, publicist, and branding agent, I've crafted narratives that evoke emotions and spark conversations. I bring this passion to curating my spaces, from homes and offices to stores, bars, and showrooms. Join me on a journey as I share finds from my global travels and help you discover the perfectly curated piece for your walls or rooms. Because every room should tell a story, and every piece should play a part. In addition, I curate, create and partner with brands to offer additional products for self and home as well as essential pet items.

Why Gig Harbor? At 48, after raising three children from a young age, I faced an unexpected divorce that shattered my world. But through curation, storytelling, and personal growth, I discovered my true self. Seeking change, I fell in love with Gig Harbor - its people, community, beauty, and more. I'm thrilled to bring Arch & Starr to this incredible community, as my seventh personally created and launched retail brand.
